Lauren Stiegler, MS, LMFTA,
Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist Associate

Throughout life, we encounter experiences and challenges that are unexpected. During these difficult times, the future may seem out of our control. I can help you gain insight into your situation and support you as you cope during your journey. Whether you are facing stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and/or a life transition, I will work with you as you learn more about your experiences. In addition, I can help you navigate the complexities of your current and/or past relationships that may be impacting you today. I am here to guide you in achieving the goals that are important to you.

As a therapist, I believe in creating a non-judgmental, safe place for any individual(s) to express their emotions, thoughts, and experiences comfortably. I will listen intently to you and assist you in creating goals that are unique to you. In addition, I tailor my therapeutic work to your needs using a systemic lens that emphasizes relationships.
It is a brave first step for you to look for someone to discuss your personal experiences with. My goal is to provide you with the space to discuss any and all challenges you feel necessary. I intend to build your trust and establish a productive relationship beginning on the first session. I look forward to speaking with you.
