About Tony Harris
I believe in working in partnership with clients to utilize their strengths to help them sort out their challenges and to achieve their goals. One of my specialties is providing a safe and interactive environment in which to tackle difficult traumas. My style is active and engaging within a safe and judgement free space to encourage healing conversations and positive change.
I know that no single approach is the right one for every individual, and so I have been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to address different symptoms like depression, anxiety, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Eating Disorders, and Substance Abuse Disorders. Lets us build a trusting and positive therapeutic relationship together.
Tony sees clients as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-A). Tony’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Social Work from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC and a Master of Social Work from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC.
